The complainant told the Valenzuela City police that the passenger-side window of his vehicle, parked in front of his donut shop along Parada Road in Fortune Village 5, had been smashed.

Robert Jacinto Leonardo, 58, a resident of Bagbaguin in Caloocan City, was arrested on Wednesday night after police received a tip.
