11 nabbed in Pampanga drug raid

SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga, Philippines — Eleven persons were arrested following a raid on a suspected drug den in Mabalacat, Pampanga on Saturday.

The raid in South Daang Bakal, Block 5, Barangay Dau was conducted by a joint team of officers from Pampanga and Nueva Ecija police as well as agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, according to Col. Hery Bruno, Mabalacat police chief.

Among those arrested was the alleged drug den maintainer, identified as Neil Galvez, police said.

Probers said they recovered four plastic sachets containing shabu and drug paraphernalia.
