Metro Manila’s 5th most wanted drug suspect falls
MANILA, Philippines — The fifth most wanted drug suspect in Metro Manila was arrested in Pasig City on Friday.
Rando Labarientos, 22, was apprehended in a sting in Barangay Rosario at around 8:30 p.m., according to National Capital Region Police Office director Maj. Gen. Vicente Danao Jr.
Labarientos allegedly sold P500 worth of methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu to an undercover police officer.
Around 12.2 grams of shabu valued at P82,960 and a .38-caliber revolver were confiscated from the suspect.
Labarientos was brought to the Pasig police station, where he is being held on charges of drug trafficking and illegal possession of a firearm.
