Gesmundo chairs the First Division, with Associate Justice Alfredo Benjamin Caguioa as the working chairperson. Its members are Associate Justices Amy Lazaro-Javier, Mario Lopez and Jhosep Lopez.

The Second Division will be headed by Associate Justice Estela Perlas-Bernabe. She will be joined by Associate Justices Ramon Paul Hernando, Jean Paul Inting, Samuel Gaerlan and Japar Dimaampao as members.

Associate Justice Marvic Leonen is the chairman of the Third Division. Its members are Associate Justices Rosmari Carandang, Rodil Zalameda, Ricardo Rosario and Marquez as members.
