MANILA, Philippines — Agents of the Bureau of Customs and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) confiscated yesterday two parcels containing at least P7.5 million worth of shabu declared as slippers and junk food from Malaysia.

The drugs weighing about 1.1 kilos were discovered by Customs X-ray technicians with the help of the PDEA K-9 unit at the Fedex warehouse at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

Authorities said importation documents showed that the parcels were shipped from Malaysia.

The drugs were turned over to the PDEA.
