Missing tugboat crew found dead

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga, Philippines – A missing crewmember of a tugboat that sank off Mariveles, Bataan was found dead along the shoreline in Barangay Ipag on Friday.

Col. Joel Tampis, Bataan police director, said the body of Peter Bilocura, 41, a resident of Sambuan, Cebu, was recovered at around 6:30 a.m.

The tugboat capsized at the height of Tropical Storm Jolina on Wednesday.

Eight other crewmembers of the tugboat were rescued by personnel of the Bataan police and Philippine Coast Guard, Barangay Ipag rescue team and Mariveles local government employees.
