MANILA, Philippines — The Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3) will not allow minors to use its trains even after the national government decided to allow children as young as five years old to go to open spaces in areas under general community quarantine and modified GCQ.
In a statement yesterday, the MRT-3 said only those aged 18 to 65 are allowed on the rail line.
The national government earlier said that children are allowed to engage in outdoor activities in areas under GCQ and MGCQ, as long as there is an adult guardian looking after them.
