MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Office (LTO) will resume limited operations in the National Capital Region (NCR) Plus bubble beginning today.

In an advisory issued yesterday, the LTO said its offices in Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Rizal would be opened.

LTO offices will operate under a skeletal workforce with shifting assignments as the NCR Plus remains under modified enhanced community quarantine.

The LTO suspended operations last month when President Duterte announced the reimposition of the strictest enhanced community quarantine.

The LTO has extended the validity of motor vehicle registration for vehicles ending in 3.

The validy of driver’s licenses, student permits and conductor’s licenses was also extended until July 31.
