Pasay fire leaves 50 families

MANILA, Philippines — At least 50 families lost their homes when a fire broke out in Pasay yesterday afternoon.

A fire started at a four-story house on Tramo street in Barangay 46 at around noon and spread to around 20 houses, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) reported.

The fire reached fourth alarm at around 12:25 p.m. and destroyed P300,000 worth of property before it was put out at around 1:28 p.m.

Three persons suffered injuries during the fire, the cause of which is still under investigation, the BFP said.
