MALOLOS , Philippines — A man was arrested in San Jose del Monte City on Monday for allegedly raping his 10-year-old daughter.
Col. Lawrence Cajipe, Bulacan police director, said the victim told her brother that their father has been raping her since she was eight.
The brother of the victim sought assistance from barangay officials, who arrested the suspect and turned him over to the police.
