MANILA, Philippines — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) willl open two more Pasig River ferry stations tomorrow.
The stations in Hulo, Mandaluyong and Sta. Ana, Manila will be open to authorized persons outside residence (APOR) starting tomorrow, the MMDA said.
Only APOR are allowed to ride the ferry service for free under the general community quarantine.
Meanwhile, the following ferry stations will remain open to authorized travelers: Pinagbuhatan and San Joaquin in Pasig; Guadalupe and Valenzuela in Makati; Lawton and Escolta in Manila.
Passengers need to wear face masks and face shields, have their temperature checked and fill up a manifest form and commuter information sheet for contact tracing before boarding the boat, the MMDA said.
Only those aged 21 to 59 years old are allowed to ride, the MMDA added.
