3 Chinese held for making trouble in Las Piñas

MANILA, Philippines — Three Chinese men were arrested by police in separate brushes with the law in Las Pinas City on Friday night.

Li Feng Hau, 28, and Lem Lui, 32, were arrested at the Paseo Verde Condominium in Barangay Pulanglupa 1, where they allegedly beat up its security guard Carlo Dalaguit, 24. 

Maj. Jaybee Bayani, Southern Police District information office chief, said the two Chinese were drunk when they picked on Dalaguit for no apparent reason.

Li and Lem underwent inquest proceedings on a physical injuries charge.

Meanwhile, 21-year-old Li Wenkang was arrested the same night for causing trouble at Cowboy Grill restaurant on Alabang Zapote Road in Barangay Almanza Uno.

Li was collared by police following a complaint by bartender Arvin Daguplo, 34, and faces charges of physical injury and malicious mischief.
