Ex-starlet nabbed in shabu bust

MANILA, Philippines — A former sexy actress was arrested in a drug bust in Pasay City on Wednesday.

Jenny Roa, 45, real name Jennifer Kiilsgaard, was caught along with her companion Norman Vina, a 49-year-old carpenter in a sting along Eusebio street in Barangay 42, Zone 6.

Four sachets said to contain 4.6 grams of shabu, valued at P31,280, were confiscated from the two suspects.

In Parañaque, anti-narcotics police officers and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency operatives seized 406.6 grams of shabu valued at P2.76 million from alleged high-value target Rowel Baguion and Andrea Amores in a sting at the Hontiveros Compound in Barangay San Antonio at around 3:45 a.m. yesterday.

A black pouch and P1,000 marked money were recovered from the scene of the operation.

On Dec. 24, Parañaque police confiscated around 250 grams of shabu with a street value of P1.7 million from Arthur Jimenez along Multinational Avenue in Barangay Sto. Niño at around 1:45 a.m.

Jimenez also yielded a 9mm Taurus without a serial number as well as a motorcycle.
