2 Chinese held for bullying cop

MANILA, Philippines — Two drunk Chinese were nabbed for reportedly bullying a police officer who pulled them over for a traffic infraction in Binondo, Manila on Monday.

Cai Fang Bin and Man-Man Chen were arrested for overspeeding at a police checkpoint at the corner of Claro M. Recto Avenue and Sanchez street, according to Manila Police District Station 11 commander Lt. Col. Noel Aliño.

Aliño said Cai resisted arrest and disrespected the police officer.

Man-Man bullied and threatened the policeman, Aliño added.
