MANILA, Philippines — An international airport and industrial park will be constructed in Cotabato City.
The city government and China Engineering Construction Co. Ltd. (Shenzhen) recently signed an agreement for the construction of the projects.
Citing the agreement, Cotabato City Mayor Frances Cynthia Guiani said Shenzen would design, build, operate, manage and oversee the airport and industrial park.
Guiani said the projects are expected to be finished in 2022.
