MANILA, Philippines — The Commission on Elections released a list of the candidates seeking for local posts in one of Metro Manila’s business districts, Taguig City.
Taguig City, ruled by Cayetano clan in the last few years, is the ninth most populous area in the country with 644,473 residents in 2013. In 2015, the population grew to 804,915.
