MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) is seeking information on the relatives of a Filipino suffering from amnesia who was left at a hospital in China.
The DFA identified the patient as Richard Soriano, who was repatriated to the Philippines on Friday. No other details were provided.
