DFA seeks kin of Pinoy with amnesia

MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) is seeking information on the relatives of a Filipino suffering from amnesia who was left at a hospital in China.

The DFA identified the patient as Richard Soriano, who was repatriated to the Philippines on Friday. No other details were provided.

Soriano’s relatives were asked to contact the Office of the Undersecretary for Migrant Workers’ Affairs at (02) 834 4996 or (02) 834 3246 or email at [email protected] or [email protected].
