2 teens slain in South Cotabato shootings

KORONADAL CITY, South Cotabato, Philippines — Two teenagers were gunned down by an unidentified man at an internet café  in Barangay Poblacion, Tacurong on Monday.

Superintendent Joefel Siason, Tacurong police chief, identified the fatalities as Jeffe Ramos, 14, and Mark Arthur Bucani, 17, both residents of Barangay San Pablo.

“The victims were playing online games  when they were shot in the head several times,” Siason said.

The gunman fled on a motorcycle. 

Police are checking footage of closed-circuit television camera at the internet café to identify the assailant.
