Duterte appoints 16 new prosecutors
MANILA, Philippines — President Duterte has appointed 16 new state prosecutors, the Department of Justice (DOJ) announced yesterday.
DOJ Secretary Menardo Guevarra said among the new appointees are Jinky Dedumo, senior assistant state prosecutor; Alona Luyun, Cagayan senior assistant provincial prosecutor; Erwin Eloi Lasam, Cagayan assistant provincial prosecutor, and Vilmar Barcellano, Quezon City prosecutor.
Also appointed were assistant provincial prosecutors Vicente Managuelod in Isabela; Serafin Ramento IV, Leyte; Tessa Mar Tapangan, Cebu; Fatima Eugenio, Sultan Kudarat; Jonard Doria, Nueva Vizcaya; Kristofferlean Miole, Bukidnon, and Den Ryan Cagas, Surigao del Norte.
Joseph Edwardsam Eullaran was appointed assistant regional prosecutor in Cagayan de Oro City.
The President also appointed assistant city prosecutors Cherry Sumaoy in Iligan; Allen Gasulas, Tandag; Cristine Cosadio-Umahag, Bacolod, and Hazel Miranda-Caraballe, Cebu.
