Israeli nabbed for creating trouble at condo in Parañaque City
MANILA, Philippines — An Israeli man was arrested for allegedly going berserk at a condominium in Parañaque City on Wednesday
Jakov Pavolotskiy, estimated to be between 40 and 50 years old, punched the face of Leonel Benga-ora Aquino, 35, while they were in the elevator of Solemare Parksuites, where they both resided, at around 11:30 p.m., according to a police report released yesterday.
As he walked out of the building, he slapped Venus Joy Gremio Bico, 24.
Pavolotskiy went on to kick the motorcycle of Elmer Angeles and jumped on top of a Toyota Corolla owned by Aris Nacional Montoya, 30.
Police officers on patrol spotted Pavolotskiy and arrested him.
Aquino, Bico and Montoya filed their complaints with the police, which filed charges of physical injury, malicious mischief and alarm and scandal against Pavolotskiy.
