Worker electrocuted at construction site

MANILA, Philippines — A worker died after he was electrocuted at a construction site in Barangay Bagumbayan, Quezon City on Tuesday afternoon.

Marlon Caballero, 29, was found lying on the floor of the construction site, with a live cable on his chest, at around 3:15 p.m.

A company nurse applied first aid on the victim before he was rushed to the Pasig Doctors Medical Center. Caballero was declared dead on arrival at the hospital. 

Police said the victim sustained burns on his chest and left hand.
