MANILA, Philippines — A namesake of Brig. Gen. Rafael Crame who served as chief of the defunct Philippine Constabulary was arrested for theft in Quezon City on Monday.
Rafael Crame, 42, a construction worker, was nabbed at his house in Barangay Greater Lagro at around 4 p.m., Superintendent Benjamin Gabriel, commander of the Fairview police, said.
Crame’s arrest was made based on a warrant for theft issued by Judge Aurora Hernandez-Calledo of the Quezon City Regional Trial Court Branch 87.
