MANILA, Philippines — A man suspected of being a police informant was gunned down in front of his house in Barangay Pasong Tamo, Quezon City Monday.
A witness told police he saw a man repeatedly shoot Roderick Torrecampo, 49, who was playing billiards at around 7 p.m. Torrecampo died at the scene.
Superintendent Alex Alberto, Talipapa police station commander, said they have the identity of the suspect, who he said was a drug pusher operating in the area.
Police recovered 22 fired cartridge cases at the crime scene.
