ILAGAN CITY, Isabela, Philippines —The entire province of Nueva Vizcaya and Lamut and Lagawe towns in Ifugao will experience a 12-hour power interruption today, the National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) announced yesterday.

Lilibeth Gaydowen, NGCP-North Luzon public affairs officer, said the 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. power outage would pave the way for annual preventive maintenance of the Bayombong substation and Bayombong-Lagawe 69-kiloVolt line.
