Over P100K stolen from exclusive subdivision in QC
Police are hunting a thief who stole more than P100,000 worth of cash and gadgets from the administration office of the La Vista Subdivision Homeowners Association Inc. Google Maps
An unidentified thief stole more than P100,000 worth of cash and gadgets from the administration office of La Vista Subdivision Homeowners Association Inc. in Quezon City on Monday.
The burglary happened at around 7 a.m. in Barangay Pansol, Police District Station 9 commander Superintendent Alex Alberto said in his report.
A surveillance video recorded the moves of the culprit, who gained entry into the administration office by climbing a window using a table and a monobloc chair.
Wearing a bonnet and gloves, the thief opened one of the sliding doors.
Once inside, he took P57,350 in cash, three laptops worth P76,000, and a mobile phone priced at P3,000.
He stepped out and fled on foot.
Police are conducting follow-up operations to locate the burglar.
