LIVE List: Flooded areas in Metro Manila, August 21

MANILA, Philippines — As Tropical Storm “Isang” brings rain in various parts of the countries, some areas experienced flooding on Monday.

At 3:30 p.m., the state weather bureau issued a yellow rainfall warning over Metro Manila, Bataan, Cavite, Rizal, Bulacan and southern Zambales. It also warned of possible flooding in low-lying areas.

PAGASA also said Quezon, Laguna, Pampanga, Tarlac and the rest of Zambales may experience light to moderate with occasional heavy rains within three hours.
