2 bodies dumped in QC
MANILA, Philippines - The bodies of two men, with packing tape wrapped around their heads, were found at a vacant lot in Quezon City Wednesday night.
The victims, who remain unidentified, were found by two passersby along Payatas Road in Barangay Payatas-B at around 8 p.m. Both had been shot in the head, police said.
One victim was described by investigators as between 35 and 40 years old, around 5’5” tall, and bore a dragon tattoo on his right shoulder and a cross tattoo on his back. He was clad in a black shirt and camouflage pants.
The second victim was said to be between 30 and 35 years old, around 5’6” tall, and had “Samanta” and “JKAIZZDL” tattooed on his arms. His hands were tied behind his back with a white plastic strap.
