COTABATO CITY , Philippines – Three persons were wounded in a grenade blast that hit a residential area in this city before dawn on Thursday.
The grenade landed on the roof of a garage and shattered the glass windows of an apartment. Two of the victims were grade school students.
An investigation is underway.
