CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna, Philippines – Three police chiefs in Quezon have been relieved from their posts.
Superintendent Dennis de Leon of Lucena City, Superintendent Arthur Brual Jr. of Tayabas City and Superintendent Edgar Casison of Sariaya were replaced by Superintendent Arthur Brual, Chief Inspector Rexpher Gaoiran and Superintendent Dennis de Leon, respectively.
Senior Superintendent Rhoderick Armamento, Quezon police director, said De Leon was relieved following a robbery at the Rural Bank of Pagbilao and Western Union at Solid Service Electronic Center on Jan. 16.
Brual and Casison were replaced over their poor performance in the campaign against illegal drugs.
Armamento said more police chiefs would be reshuffled if they do not double their efforts against illegal drugs.
