LEGAZPI CITY, Philippines – The most wanted person in Daraga town in Albay was arrested on Tuesday after more than eight years in hiding.
Senior Inspector Arthuro Gomez, Albay police information officer, said Ruel Freolo, 24, a resident of Barangay Anislag was arrested in Barangay Mayon at around 9:20 a.m.
Gomez said Freolo went into hiding after he was charged with rape.
