4 dead in shooting incidents

CAMP VICENTE LIM, Philippines – Four persons were killed in separate shooting incidents on Sunday.

In Laguna, Jessie Elomina was shot dead by motorcycle-riding men in Barangay Pulo, Cabuyao City at around 1 a.m. while tricycle driver Dennis Villadiego was killed while waiting for passengers in Sta. Rosa City.

Roberto Delgado was shot dead by unidentified men in Barangay Balagtas, Batangas City at around 10:30 p.m. His companion Marivic Manuntag was critically wounded and remains confined in a hospital.

Jay Marlon Villaruel was killed in a gun attack in Lucena City, Quezon.

Police are investigating if the victims were on the drug watchlist.
