Danny B. Dangcalan - The Philippine Star

BACOLOD CITY, Philippines – A police officer here was disarmed for refusing to undergo random drug testing on Friday.

Police Officer 1 Richard Suarez of the Negros Occidental Police Public Safety Co. reportedly added water to his urine sample.

Senior Superintendent William Señoron, acting Negros Occidental police director, said  it was not the first time that Suarez refused to undergo a drug test.

Señoron said administrative among other charges would be filed against Suarez.

“When he refused, we presumed that he’s into illegal drugs because even his alibis were inconsistent,” he said.
