BAGUIO CITY, Philippines – From 11. 5 degrees Celsius on Monday, the temperature in Baguio City dipped to 10.8 degrees Celsius yesterday morning.
It was the lowest temperature recorded in the city since the northeast monsoon started in October, the state weather bureau said.
Raymond Ordinario, who is manning the radar station of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration in Mt. Sto. Tomas in Benguet, said the temperature on the mountain also dropped to 8.2 degrees Celsius from 9.5 degrees on Monday.– Artemio Dumlao, Helen Flores
