CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna, Philippines – A student of De La Salle University in Dasmariñas, Cavite reportedly jumped to his death from the school’s grandstand yesterday.
Authorities found the body of the 17-year-old engineering student at around 5:50 a.m.
Probers said the student could be suffering from depression due to romantic problems.
The victim died of a fractured skull, authorities said. The family of the student refused to subject his body to an autopsy and have the incident investigated. They believe there was no foul play involved in his death.
