General alarm raised as fire razes Manila
MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED 11:50 a.m.) — General alarm has been raised as a fire razed a residential and commercial area along Quezon Boulevard in Manila.
According to a report from the STAR, some residents said that the fire might come from a factory doing paper or lamination work.

All firefighters in Metro Manila have been called to put out the fire.
Recto Avenue approaching Divisoria, Quezon Boulevard and the underpass going to Quiapo have been closed to traffic.
