3 hurt in Abra shooting
LA TRINIDAD, Benguet, Philippines – Three persons were wounded in an attack by motorcycle-riding men in Bangued, Abra on Sunday night.
Kennedy Blaza, 23; Silvester Biscarra, 21, and Ericson Beronia, 24, were in a tricycle when they were shot along the Calaba Bridge at around 9:30 p.m.
Police said the victims bought liquor in Barangay Calaba, where Blaza allegedly figured in a spat with an unidentified man.
The three were driving home when they were shot by two motorcycle-riding men.
Blaza was hit under the armpit, Biscarra in the thigh and knee and Beronia in the back.
Probers recovered bullet shells for a .45 caliber pistol at the crime scene.
