TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines – Two persons were shot dead in separate incidents in Ilocos Sur and Isabela on Wednesday, police said yesterday.
Cristopher Cesar Cabanas, 34, was walking with his partner, Ceynorh Doria VIllaspir, when motorcycle-riding gunmen shot him in Vigan City around 10:30 p.m.
Police Officer 3 Carlo Rabago said bullet shells from an M16 rifle and a .45 caliber pistol were recovered at the scene.
In Cauayan, Isabela, a 34-year-old welder was riding a motorcycle when he was gunned down in front of a burger stand.
