Power outage to hit Northern Luzon provinces

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines – Four provinces in Northern Luzon will experience a 10-hour power outage today, the National Grid Corp. of the Philippines announced yesterday (NGCP).

Power will be cut from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. in Apayao, Cagayan, Isabela and Kalinga.

The blackout would pave the way for the repair of transmission facilities along the Santiago-Gamu-Tuguegarao line and Gamu substation.
