18 flights canceled due to bad weather, haze

MANILA, Philippines – The Manila International Airport Authority on Saturday afternoon reported the cancellation of 18 domestic flights due to bad weather and haze.

Flights of carriers PAL Express, Cebu Pacific and Air Asia Zest were affected.

Here is the list of flights canceled on Saturday, Oct. 24, 2015 due to bad weather:

PAL Express

• 2P 2545 - Manila to Dumaguete
• 2P 2546 - Dumaguete to Manila
• 2P 2543 - Manila to Dumaguete
• 2P 2544 - Dumaguete to Manila

Cebu Pacific

• 5J 619 - Manila to Tagbilaran
• 5J 620 - Tagbilaran to Manila
• 5J 621 - Manila to Tagbilaran
• 5J 622 - Tagbilaran to Manila

Air Asia Zest

• Z2 350 - Manila to Tagbilaran
• Z2 351 - Tagbilaran to Manila
• Z2 352 - Manila to Tagbilaran
• Z2 353 - Tagbilaran to Manila
• Z2 354 - Manila to Tagbilaran
• Z2 355 - Tagbilaran to Manila

Weather bureau PAGASA earlier said Palawan, Batanes and Babuyan Group of Islands will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated thunderstorms.
