Ding Cervantes - The Philippine Star

MEXICO, Pampanga, Philippines – A man and a woman were found dead in a sport utility vehicle parked at the parking lot of a mall in this town on Monday.

Ali  Santos, 50, and Liezel Corpuz, 27, both of Lubao, Pampanga, were in the front seats of a Hyundai Tucson when they were found by the security guards at about 7 a.m., according to Mexico police chief Superintendent Wilson Alicuman.

Initial investigation showed the two had gunshot wounds, but police have yet to determine whether the victims committed suicide or foul play was involved.

Alicuman said the SUV was the only vehicle parked in the area. A parking ticket bearing the SUV’s plate showed the vehicle entered the premises Sunday night.

Police were still investigating the incident.
