5 drug suspects nabbed

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines – Authorities arrested five suspected drug traffickers in separate police operations in Cagayan and Nueva Vizcaya, which also resulted in the seizure of at least P50,000 worth of shabu over the weekend.

Tattoo artists Arman Timario, 27; his sister Mary Arsel Timario, 26, and Jojo Cervacio, 37, were collared in a sting staged by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Peñablanca, Cagayan.

PDEA regional director Derrick Carreon said at least 20 grams of shabu were seized from the suspects, who were from Imus, Cavite. ?

Meanwhile, in Nueva Vizcaya, Karl Angelo Arcega and a student were arrested after they allegedly sold shabu to an undercover agent in Barangay Osmeña.
