Tarlac town’s most wanted fugitives fall

SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga, Philippines – The 10 most wanted fugitives in Capas, Tarlac have been arrested, Capas police chief Jesus Rebua said in a report to police director Senior Superintendent Alex Sintin yesterday.

Rebua said brothers Marvin and Mariano Quijano, carjacking suspects Albert Siapo Salunga and Benedict Castro Mercado,  Annalyn Salazar Pabustan, Florencia Adona Panaligan, Daniel Esposo Guevarra, Edward Miclat Galang, Anthony de Dios Ponce and Bonifacio Cunanan Bognot Jr. were collared in police operations since July.

Sintin cited Oplan Lambat Sibat for the arrest of the suspects.

“At present, no person in Capas is wanted by law,” he said.
