Dennis Carcamo - Philstar.com
MANILA, Philippines - Fire broke out Saturday early morning in docked passenger ship in Ormoc City, Leyte.

Initial reports said that fire on the MV Wonderful Stars happened around 4:20 a.m.

No one among more than  500 passengers of the ship, owned by Roble Shipping Inc., was hurt during the blaze.

The ship, one of the seven roll-on roll-off vessels of the company, just arrived from Cebu when the fire started.

Arson investigators are still looking into the cause of the fire.

In July, MB Kim Nirvana-B capsized off the waters of Ormoc after the strong current battered the sea vessel which was carrying over 100 passengers. Several passengers died during the sea mishap.
