LUCENA CITY, Philippines – Two persons were killed in an accident involving four vehicles in Barangay 5 here, police said on Thursday.
Charmaine Conde and John Flores were hit and dragged by a Nissan Cefiro driven by Arwin Flores after he lost control of the wheel and hit two tricycles and a van, said Lucena City police chief Superintendent Allen Rae Co.
Conde was pronounced dead at the scene while Flores died while being treated in a hospital.
