SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga, Philippines – A man, who was imprisoned for 20 years for murder, is facing a new murder charge for the death of his nephew in Barangay Sulipa in Gerona, Tarlac on Wednesday.
Fernando Ines, 73, allegedly stabbed to death Reynaldo Sembrano, 43. The two were exchanging jokes when Sembrano hit Ines with a metal pitcher, Police Officer 2 Kristoffer Zuluete reported to the Tarlac police office.
Sembrano sustained five stab wounds in the chest and back. He was pronounced dead on arrival at the Jecson Medical Center in Gerona, Tarlac.
