CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga, Philippines – A woman and her two children, who went missing last Friday, were found buried in a rice field in Barangay San Antonio, Mexico on Tuesday.

The victims were identified as Pacita Villena-Limpin, 59; Patrick Limpin, 30; and Christian Paul Limpin, 25, all residents of Barangay Parian in  Mexico town, a police report quoting Superintendent Ricardo Pangan,  Mexico police chief.

The report said village chief Rodolfo Villena reported to the police that his sister and two nephews were missing.

Pangan said they coordinated with village officials of Barangay San Antonio after Villena received an anonymous text message on the whereabouts of the victims.

He said the victims were found hogtied and gagged.

Senior Superintendent Rodolfo Recomono Jr., Pampanga police director, instructed Pangan to investigate the case.
