Nueva Ecija bettor wins P160-M lotto jackpot

MANILA, Philippines - A bettor from Nueva Ecija became this year’s second lotto millionaire after winning the jackpot in the 6/49 Super Lotto draw on Sunday, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced yesterday.

Jose Ferdinand Rojas II, PCSO acting chairman, said the still unidentified winner picked the six-digit winning combination 38-31-19-13-34-06, which had a total jackpot prize of P160.08 million.

The winner bought the winning ticket from a lotto outlet in Zaragosa town.

Earlier, a bettor from Batangas became the first lotto millionaire for this year after hitting the P22-million jackpot in the Mega Lotto draw last Friday.

The Super Lotto is played every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday.
