Teen runs amuck, shot dead in Isabela

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines – A security guard allegedly gunned down a 14-year-old boy who reportedly ran amuck and assaulted him with a samurai at a pawnshop in Barangay Cabugao, Echague, Isabela on Sunday.

Ronnie Gonzales, who was arrested following the incident, claimed he was only defending himself from the teenager and his two cousins – Ryan Argal, 27, and another minor.

The victim suffered a gunshot wound in the chest from a .38 caliber revolver.

Reports said the victim wanted to get even with a colleague of Gonzales, with whom he had an altercation.
