MANILA, Philippines - Police nabbed three suspects in the bombing of a massage parlor in Zamboanga City Monday night.
A radio report said that police collared the three after being identified by people who saw the the suspects going inside the Princess Massage Parlor on Tomas Claudio Street minutes before the explosion around 9 p.m.
Police, however, withheld the identities of the suspects, one of whom is a native of Sulu while the other is one of the internally displaced persons staying at the Zamboanga City grandstand.
Initial investigation said that the suspects placed the improvised explosive device inside a yellow cellophane which was put in a can of biscuit.
No one was hurt during the latest bombing incident in the city.
Last November, a massage parlor and videoke bar were rocked by twin explosions which injured two policemen and a K-9 bomb sniffing dog.
